Camp Registration Steps
1. Click this link to download the Camper Contact Form
a) First save the PDF document to your computer and then open it from this saved location using either Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
b) Once you have filled in all the fields, click on the interactive digital signature field. This will lock all the fields from editing and prompt you to save the document.
c) For a quick 2 minute tutorial on how to create a digital signature in Adobe please click HERE
d) Camper contact forms are only valid for the calendar year in which they are completed.
2. Beginning January 1, 2021
a) email your completed PDF to firstname.lastname@example.org
b) You may also drop off your form in our lockbox at the main entrance or mail it to 48 Lebanon St., Hanover, NH 03755.
3. Upon receipt of the completed Camper Contact Form, look for an email from email@example.com billing you for the current year Camp Membership Fee. Once the Camp Membership Fee is paid, you will have online registration access following the schedule listed below. a) Unfortunately February Mini Camp will only be open to KAST participants that are currently coming into the building. April Mini Camp is TBA
c) 1st Friday in March: online registration opens for all our Summer Camps and 3rd Friday for non-residents
d) Once summer camp has begun, registration closes every Friday at 10am prior to the upcoming week of camp.
(Camper contact forms must have been submitted and approved prior to registration.)
**Change in registration for 2021: We will offer 3 - 2 weeks sessions of camp instead of weekly registration**
*PLEASE NOTE THAT SUMMER CAMP DATES WILL NOT BE POSTED UNTIL THE FINAL DAY OF SCHOOL IS DETERMINED (BASED ON SNOW DAYS USED) FOR THE HANOVER SCHOOL DISTRICT*
