Thursday July 29th: Playfulness on the Trail

What does it mean to be playful on a bike? Maybe you have seen other riders pumping and finding the “extras” on trail that you seem to miss. Being loose and relaxed leads to more confidence and more confidence leads to a more enjoyable ride. If you feel stiff and hyper-focused when you ride, come join certified coaches Liz & Anna to learn to loosen up a bit through games, drills and contests. $30.00, 8:30 am to 10:30 am at Huntley Meadows pump track in Norwich, VT. Take the morning off for some self-care, you deserve it.

Required Skills: Comfortable with bike & body separation, ready & neutral positions and breaking skills.

Required Equipment: A mountain bike in good working condition, helmet, gloves, water and optional knee pads.



Thursday, August 19th: Intro to Cornering

Cornering is a complex maneuver that puts into action many basic skills. Join certified coaches Liz & Anna to fine tune the basic skills needed to corner with confidence and increase your speed. Once we have our skills dialed in we will hit the trails to explore flat corners and berm corners. $30.00, 8:30 am to 10:30 am at Trescott, Hanover, NH. Take the morning off for some self-care, you deserve it.
