Zumba instructor Jolin has put together 4, "Zumba basics Series" classes with instruction and full workout for the 4 most common rhythms in Zumba classes. There will be one class on salsa, one on merengue, one on cumbia and one on reggaeton. After that we'll see about adding some for specialties like hip hop, tango, flamenco, bollywood, afrobeats, etc. Whether you are already familiar with the rhythm and are looking for how to add flavor to your moves, or have no clue what the basic salsa moves are and need to start from square one, the Zumba basics series classes can help.
* As always, please make sure your workout space is safe, well ventilated with no trip hazards!
* Please go at your own pace and rest and drink as you need to. It's ok to turn off your camera if you want to go incognito. It's great to turn it on if you want any feedback or encouragement from me as we go!
* The class is one hour but feel free to join any portion of it (just remember to plan to warm up and cool down safely)
