This introductory workshop can help you better understand the role and effects of stress on our everyday lives, and teach you easy to use techniques to change the way you respond to stressful triggers.

Who should attend this workshop?
This workshop is for anyone who wants to lower their overall stress levels and tools to better cope in stressful situations.
• Learn what stress is - and isn’t
• Understand how your body responds to stress
• Learn simple techniques to release existing stress and prevent it from recurring
• Experience hypnosis in a group session that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, and recharged
All attendees will receive a free audio hypnosis program to build on their success.
