Yoga for the Mind, Body and Soul Register View Cart

Class will begin Wednesday, September 23, 2020.
Time: 10:30am to 11:30am.
Cost: $12 per class.

This yoga class is designed to provide both strength and flexibility in movement of asana (yoga postures). The 60-minute class is aimed at providing a setting for one to release unhealthy stress and feel more refreshed. Some yoga experience is helpful for this on-line class.

Instructor Bio:
Jean Bender has studied yoga since 2004 and is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher. She’s developed a lifelong practice of movement and mindfulness through dance, Taekwondo, and yoga.  Jean also earned an MA in Psychology, Health and Wellness.

She views yoga as a mind, body and heart practice. As she continues her journey in yoga, she learns yoga is more than practicing the asanas. Through the yoga practice she sees how interconnected we are to others, as well as to nature and the world around us. Yoga has led her on a path to make sense of a continually changing and evolving world. You are invited to join her in your own discovery.
