Mink Brook Hike and Deep Stretch- This Tuesday adventure will start with an easy to moderate 1.5 to 2-mile hike and finish with a 45-minute yoga class.
This yoga class will encompass all that is strength, fluidity, balance and ease. In this guided session you are invited to listen to your own body's inner wisdom when it comes to stretching and it's needs for that day. We will move mindfully through a series of poses initiated by and through our breathe and then continue to dive deeper into poses to relax the nervous system and put the mind at ease.
(mixed level class, modifications offered to support your body)
This 45-minute session may include yoga breathing techniques and guided awareness moments to find even deeper stillness and ease.
