Alexander Technique: Beginner
The Alexander Technique is a set of skills for stress management, pain relief, and performance enhancement. This class is a general level class open to all. We will go through some of the basic ideas, and play around with applying them to different activities.

In-Person classes take place inside the RWB Community Center AND Masks are REQUIRED at all times. Pre-registration is required.
