Swim Skills Clinics: Gr. 4 - 12
4th - 12th Grade Swim Skills Clinics
This program will focus on teaching proper technique for all four major strokes and to understand the basics of training and race strategy. We will spend time breaking down each stroke, starting from the basics with body position and kick work and eventually progressing to more difficult drills and full stroke work. Workouts will be designed to create a fun yet challenging environment where athletes are able to take control of their training and feel like they are always making progress. Coaches will provide feedback that allows for noticeable improvement without overwhelming the athletes. This program is ideal for those swimmers looking to advance their involvement in the sport and get a taste for what competitive swimming is like.
